For Tennessee Dept. of Transportation Long Range Planning Division’s Interstate Truck Data, Marr Traffic acted as a sub-consultant for Ragan Smith to collect all required traffic data. The project included the collection of 24-hour volume and classification counts at 19 locations throughout the state of Tennessee. Data was collected at these 19 locations at regular intervals throughout the year to provide the necessary baseline figures the DOT required from varying seasons and conditions.
